Payment Policy

Cash, Credit card and Internet banking are accepted.
We require a deposit of the 1st night to be paid at time of booking and balance is paid on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation fee of $25 applies to all bookings. Bookings cancelled with in 2 weeks of arrival will incurr a 50% charge of 1st night. Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival will incurr a full charge for first night.

Management reserved the right to apply an additional cleaning fee of $100 if accommodation has been vacated and found to be in a condition where they are put out of service for extra cleaning.

Child Policy

Children 2yrs to 13yrs are charged as a child, under 2 yrs FOC.
14yrs and up are charged as an adult


Dogs only accepted with prior arrangement with management. (May to Sept)
